Your Run.
Fine-Tuned.

I’ve always believed that running is more than just movement — it’s a gateway to discovering what you’re truly capable of.

Athletes who train with me often describe me as motivating, energetic, passionate, and skilled. I bring that same energy into every session because I know how powerful it is to have someone believe in you, especially when you’re trying something new or chasing a breakthrough.

I have certifications in Running & Group Fitness Coaching. I specialize in running biomechanics, programming and Strength & Conditioning. Over the years, I’ve helped countless runners — from complete beginners to elite athletes — achieve personal records, return stronger after injury, and gain confidence in their ability to perform. But what I’m most proud of isn’t a single achievement. It’s the everyday moments when an athlete tells me I’ve helped them see challenges differently, on the track and beyond it.

My own journey into coaching started with a simple foot race against my best friend. For years, I always came in second — until one night, everything clicked. That race taught me how mental barriers can hold us back just as much as physical ones, and it revealed the potential I hadn’t yet seen in myself. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.

Today, my coaching combines science, biomechanics, and a unique mechanical approach. I focus on the metabolic factors that cause fatigue, measuring not just how hard your muscles are working but how long they can sustain that work. To make these concepts relatable, I use vehicle metaphors: your body is the machine, your hips, knees, and ankles are the suspension, and your metabolic system is the engine. When every part is tuned properly, efficiency and durability follow.

Whether you’re chasing your first 5K, coming back from injury, or preparing for your next marathon, I’m here to fine-tune your run — so you can see what you’re truly capable of.
